About Us

Our Story

We are students at Lake Forest High school enrolled in the business incubator program. Our mission at Safe eats pantry is to help benefit those struggling to find allergen-free foods on the go. We offer schools near you a vending machine that will be packed with affordable allergen-free snacks. Soon we will sell to Airports, hospitals, and other transportation operations. We have been developing and testing this product to ensure that it will support your needs on the go.

Meet the Team

Kaylie Jaster

My name is Kaylie Jaster, I’m 16 years old and a junior at Lake Forest High School. Many people I know struggle with a food allergy and constantly have trouble finding on the go snacks that meets their food restrictions. I believe that it is important that everyone should have a quick food option where ever they go. Having a snack accessible is essential to help me get throughout my day, and helps me stay energized for after school activities.

Annie Page

I was diagnosed earlier this year and have been dedicated to creating more options for individuals. Jack Quick

My name is Jack Quick, I’m 17 years old, and what inspired me to help start this business was the realization that there are so many people whose food needs cannot be met because of their allergen. In addition to that, i've always been interested in running a business and helping change my community for the better.

Kirby Carlson

My name is Kirby Carlson, I am a 17 year old junior from Lake Forest High School. I’ve experienced being hungry after school while waiting for the shuttle bus to take me to the sports complex. I don't have an allergen, but I can relate to those who are left hungry with no food options.
